This Nuvelon-branded product, marketed only as new in its original carton to the original purchaser ("Product"), is warranted by Forever Gifts, INC against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period of Ninety (90) Days for Labor and One (1) year for Parts. This Limited Warranty is conditional upon use of the Product as set out in this Limited Warranty. Forever Gifts, INC will only honor the warranty for authorized sellers.
